Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Crazyfruitbat and we do our best to ensure that the products you order arrive in excellent condition.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order we will do our best to rectify the situation with minimum hassle. You must return it to us within 20 days (from date of receipt) in its original condition for a replacement or refund. Please return the product in its original packaging, complete with spare parts and instructions.
Returns are most effectively dealt with by email so that we can reply with your returns number.

Returns Authorisation Code
To speed up the returns process and to make sure your issue is dealt with as efficiently as possible, you must first go to the 'contact us' section. Please fill in the form and send it to sales outlining the problem. You will be issued an RAC (Returns Authorisation Code) which needs to be written on any returned items so we can deal with your refund/exchange as quickly as possible. We cannot accept returns without a valid RAC.

Please note: Any returned items must be complete with original packaging, we regret that items without the original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged).

I've changed my mind!
If you ordered something and then simply changed your mind, (don't worry it happens!), just return your unwanted item within 7 days for a refund. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened, unused, re-saleable and complete condition. You will receive a refund minus our postage and packing costs and a 20% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for ensuring we receive the returned items in good condition and for the return postage costs. We recommend using a recorded delivery option.

I've received a faulty product!
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered (sorry!), please return it for a refund/exchange. For some items we recommend using a recorded service with adequate insurance as we can't be held responsible if goods go missing or are damaged in transit. If in any doubt as to the best postage method, please contact us via email or our helpline. PLEASE NOTE: we will NOT refund your return postage fee.

We cannot exchange or refund a product deemed to have been misused or operated outside of the manufacturers guidelines. Items returned to us but deemed to have been damaged by misuse will be returned - you must however accept the return shipping charges.

I've received an item that was damaged in transit!
Items damaged in transit are dealt with in the same way as faulty goods.

Exceptions
We regret that we cannot accept returns of perishable or personalised goods.
