All purchases on our website include:

• Free Express Delivery - Often next day if ordered am Monday - Thursday.
• Same day despatch for orders placed by 11.00 Mon-Fri.
• Automatic email updates for real-time order status.
• Accurate delivery times

Please note: We currently only deliver within the UK

Delivery Methods
Your order will be delivered by either courier or Royal Mail depending on the item(s) that you order.

Next Day Delivery
Larger or more expensive items are delivered by courier on a next working day service. Please place your order before 12pm Mon-Thurs if you require next day delivery.

Plain Packaging
If your order is intended as a gift and you'd prefer it to have no visible branding, please mention this in the 'notes' field when completing your order.

Deliver to a Friend or Relative
If you are going to send your order as a present, why not let us do it and save yourself the postage. As long as your order is being posted within the UK, simply specify a different delivery address when checking out and let us do the rest. Please mention in the notes field when ordering if you don't want a copy of the invoice with the package.

Order Tracking
Log into your Crazyfruitbat Account to view the progress of your order. When you receive your order confirmation you will also be given an order tracking number. Please use this number when using our courier's website to track the status of your order.

Policy
We know that after ordering a cool new gadget for yourself or as a present - you want it straight away! So we get it to you fast!

Being internet shoppers ourselves, we also know how frustrating it is to see something you want at a good price, only to find that when you go to the checkout, your great purchase is walloped with extra charges. This is not our policy.

You wont have to pay a premium for quick delivery, nor will you have to spend a certain amount to get free delivery, why should you?!. What you see is what you pay - Simple!
