Here’s another one for the thrill-seekers among you - think of it as a sort of table-top musical chairs for sado-masochists.

It’s sickeningly simple really. The console features four ‘live’ grips, one for each player to hang onto (you can use the game with two or three players if you can’t find four friends gullible enough). Now, just flick a switch to select the number of players, grab your grip, grit your teeth and hit start!

The console flashes and plays a truly terrifying jingle – think of the Halloween soundtrack remixed by the team at Psycho. The tension rises to sweat-inducing levels until the jingle suddenly stops at a random point. Now, here’s the ‘fun’ part – once the jingle has stopped, the last player to press the trigger on their handgrip receives a low-power but highly undesirable electric shock!

Seriously twisted individuals can choose to up the stakes by increasing the shock power, or by selecting a second play mode which administers a shock to everyone but the quickest on the trigger. This latest edition of the classic reaction game continues to develop the field of electro-punishment with another interesting twist; now you can decide who gets the shock. That may not be fair, but it sure is satisfying!
